Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales on platforms such as

Shopee

and

TikTok Shop

. Create and manage

product listings

,

campaigns

, and

promotions

. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction. Handle

orders, payments, returns, and refunds

efficiently. Track and analyze

sales performance

to improve conversion rates. Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and delivery schedules. Enhance

product visibility

and engagement through creative marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma or Degree

in any field. At least

1 year of experience

in

E-Commerce or Marketing

. Possess

own transport

and a

valid driving license

. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

Self-motivated

, independent, and passionate about online sales.

Benefits

Commission Entitlement:

RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month on average (upon confirmation, based on performance).

Petrol Allowance.

Smartphone + SIM Card provided.

Annual Leave:

8 days.

Medical Leave:

14 days.

Public Holidays:

12 days.
