Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator provides a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children can develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. The educator plans and implements lesson plans and classroom activities, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. This role may include leadership and functional supervision of teacher's aides or assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and deliver developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs for children aged two to six years. Plan and implement a curriculum that supports curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving aligned with children's developmental levels and learning styles. Prepare and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment that encourages both individual growth and positive group interaction. Supervise and guide children in daily routines and educational activities, modeling appropriate behavior and social skills. Maintain open, cooperative communication with parents and families, encouraging their involvement and supporting positive home-school relationships.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
