Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bThe Chargeman will be heavily involved in managing all O&M issues related to network elements, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. Apart from this core function, Chargeman is certified mandatory requirements under the Electricity Rules, 1999 under the Electricity Ordinance to maintain all live electrical systems under a building.Accountability

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining key network KPI\xe2\x80\x99s which directly impacts the network\xe2\x80\x99s reliability.
• Plan and execute TOC Preventive Maintenance scheduling and adherence on network elements as per requirements are done and Corrective Maintenance to follow through.
• Chargeman is accountable for the safety and maintenance of all live electrical system under the Act. In Maxis, the responsibility of Chargeman covers the maintenance of all operation critical systems including air-conditioning, fire-fighting, DC and UPS power, all general building maintenance etc.

Specific Requirement

• Sarawakian citizenship.
• Certificate of Competency as Chargeman for Low Voltage L1 & L2 certified by the Electricity Rules, 1999 under the Electricity Ordinance, Sarawak.
