Job Description


Salary offer: RM3,200 - RM3,500 + RM350 (Transport Allowance)

Location: Menara Lien Hoe, Persiaran Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya Selangor.

Contract Duration: 1 year contract under PERSOLKELLY

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the eB2B admin portal, ensuring data accuracy with basic data analysis. Coordinating with stakeholders and assisting line manager with administrative tasks related to the projects.
  • Design and build report which align with project requirements.
  • Consistency in tracking project KPIs & Scorecards and update stakeholders.
  • Data extraction and basic data analysis for project reporting purposes.
  • eB2B Admin Portal management, system process & configuration, accesses, configuring notifications, visual and feature uploads.
  • Coordination of stakeholder, timeline management.meeting
Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Admin.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial and/or project management experiences.
  • FMCG or eCommerce platform experience preferred.
  • Understand how dataflow and reporting works.
  • Motivated, meticulous and organized.
