Description
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
\xc2\xb7 Determine capacity/manpower requirement to produce required volume
\xc2\xb7 Determine material requirement to cover demand.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate production workflow for single/multi die products
\xc2\xb7 Revenue monitoring to meet company target.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for code A stocking quantities
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for monitoring the EBO required for code A
\xc2\xb7 Plan and support the new products backlog.
\xc2\xb7 Work with Marketing on critical customer requirements
\xc2\xb7 Work with Sales and Marketing on the forecast accuracy
\xc2\xb7 Work with Test group on the Test capacity
\xc2\xb7 Work with Packaging on the Assembly capacity
\xc2\xb7 Work with PE on PLM updates
\xc2\xb7 Work with Packaging and Material Analysts on frame availability
\xc2\xb7 Generate reports on status update for management
\xc2\xb7 Attend team meetings.
\xc2\xb7 Assists on capacity transfers if necessary
- EBO releases as needed
- Sample backlog build for marketing
- PCN sample management
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or high tech industry.
\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated with high learning metabolism.
\xc2\xb7 Must be proficient in Excel and Power Point.
\xc2\xb7 Oracle ERP, Business Objects, Kinaxis RR or other MRP/ERP system related experience a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Must be flexible, adaptable and able to cope with change of direction on short notice.
\xc2\xb7 Able to communicate needs and wants and solve issues collaboratively with the help of cross-functional teams.
\xc2\xb7 Proactive approach to issues.
\xc2\xb7 Can cope with a complex, high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent work ethic and detail orientation, highly organized, with good time-management skills.
