You also will be needed to co-develop all Digital Nestle Health Science (NHS) generating demand strategies and activities for consumer engagement. Strengthen CRM. Develop and drive the Subscription Model with the key partners. Assess potential and drive CBEC / cross border opportunities focusing on new products/businesses Manage and refine/improve the consumer CRM program based on basic research and consumer expectations. Optimize opt in, registrations/increase consumer database, sampling, digital and trade consumer promotions. Work with internal and external team. Work closely with individual markets to jointly develop the eBusiness roadmap, implement and execute priorities and projects, track and review progress, and develop improvement/corrective mechanisms. Co-develop the consumer digital marketing strategy with the marketing managers for the current and following year in alignment to the business objectives and within the allocated budget. Implement the current year plan. In doing so, work in alignment with Corporate digital marketing, Strategy/media, Database, and social and E-commerce budget management Monitor performance via digital key metrics (google analytics, CRM dashboards ) and post analysis of all initiatives Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations Network and keep up to date with digital trends and company BIC practices. Use the Nest, Workplace groups and network with Nestle DSU HQs, regional digital leads to consider initiatives and ROI metrics. Attends relevant events/trainings. Lead innovation by exploring new technologies, ways of working, business models, share best practice and challenge existing business approaches in the new digital world. What Will Make You Successful A Business degree or equivalent An E-business experience essential; FMCG experience preferred, atleast 5 years of experience in this area. Analytical skills, organization, budget management Interest for nutrition and new communication technologies (web/digital environment, social media, basic web development skills) Demonstrated digital, loyalty/CRM program and E commerce successful experience.
