Job Description

Responsibilities may include: - Working on EC Server, Web and Database teams to support ES Design environment - Providing operational support to EC design customers (incidents, service requests) - Assisting with execution of various technical global projects - Data analysis to drive optimization of the support model and/or process improvements - Troubleshoot technical issues (Windows Server, MSSQL and MySql databases, IIS and apache web hosting, Hyper-v Virtualization, Storage...) - Writing documentation (step by step instructions, flow diagrams...)

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Preferred Qualifications - Passion for Learning and Information Technology in general. - Interest in working in a highly dynamic HPC environment ensuring stability, availability and security of Windows Server infrastructure. - Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions and procedures - Customer service skills related to providing ticket support - System and/or Windows Server Administration experience is a plus. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
