What is your job?
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle - sourcing, interview arrangement, conducting interviews, reference check and offer.
- Drive talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives and strategies.
- Develop talent networking and pipelines to meet hiring and staffing needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfil their staffing requirements and expectations.
- Manage the graduate recruitment / internship program through partnership with leading education institutions and corporate partners.
- Handle employee resignation process and confirmation/probation extension process.
- Handle and support HR operations’ functions.
- Support the team in handling covid-19 matters and prevention measures.
- Handle MITI CIMS application and update.
- Handle foreign worker matters.

Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Hour of Work: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm, 1st Saturday of the month is required to work (half day).
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Mandarin speaker will be an advantage as you are required deal with China & Hong Kong counterparts.
