ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the E-Commerce Pick Packer, your responsibilities include efficient handling, picking, packing, and receiving of goods in our e-commerce warehouse. This role ensures that products are correctly stored, orders are accurately fulfilled, and inventory is effectively managed to support our e-commerce operations.
Picking and Packing:

• Accurately pick products from shelves directed by RF Gun.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Scan, Label and prepare packages for shipment.

Receiving Goods:

• Accept and process incoming deliveries.
• Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against packing lists.
• Unpack and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Put away stock into pick locations directed by RF Gun.

Inventory:

• Store products accurately in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Safety & Organization:

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Ensure products are stored in a manner that is easily accessible and identifiable.
• Report hazard to your line manager immediately
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, trolleys safely and responsibly.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• RF Scanning experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
The role involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
The warehouse environment may be subject to varying temperatures.
The E-Commerce Pick Packer role is Full time 45 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
