Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the operational and administrative activities in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada, Tiktok). \xe2\x80\xa2 Day to day e-commerce operations including uploading of new product, pricing, stock inventory level, system maintenance, set up promotion & campaign, and ensure completeness of data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and executing online promotional campaigns, such as 11.11, 9.9, 8.8. \xe2\x80\xa2 To source and identify the right product for the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inventory Control and Sync between platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiry & customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep product listing, store banner attractive at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Light graphics design and video editing task, can learn in work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help in packing, stock management & stock count when needed. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Accounting/ Business or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Language Skill : English , Chinese and Bahasa Melayu \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator will be given priority. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
