E Commerce Admin Officer

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assist in the upkeep and accuracy of product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).

2. Ensure stock reserve levels are accurately maintained and updated in the system.

3. Perform routine checks on stock availability and flag low stock or discrepancies.

4. Take clear and attractive product photos as needed for listings and promotions.

5. Monitor order status daily to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.

6. Coordinate with packing teams and logistics to track fulfilment progress.

7. Assist in resolving any delays, pending orders, or customer fulfilment issues.

8. Assist in updating Proof of Delivery (POD) for completed orders.

9. Ensure all delivery documents are organized, stored properly, and shared with relevant teams when necessary.

10. Monitor stock transfer and update the system accordingly.

11. Ensure stock movement details are accurately recorded and reflected across all related platforms and reports.

12. Flag any inconsistencies or discrepancies in stock transfers to the supervisor.

13. Other ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
