Job Description

  • Product listing to various eCommerce channels in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate customer's orders through the Online platform.
  • Communicate with customers on stock level and able to provide advice & recommendations to customers.
  • Handle customer's warranty and logistical issues with the order
  • To perform other day-to-day retail store operations, and
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
  • Training will be provided.
