Job Description
- Product listing to various eCommerce channels in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate customer's orders through the Online platform.
- Communicate with customers on stock level and able to provide advice & recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer's warranty and logistical issues with the order
- To perform other day-to-day retail store operations, and
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Training will be provided.
