Job Summary: We Are Seeking A Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized Ecommerce Administrator To Join Our Growing Ecommerce Team. As An Ecommerce Administrator, You Will Be Responsible For Managing And Maintaining Our Online Store, Ensuring Smooth And Efficient Operations. Your Role Will Involve Coordinating With Various Stakeholders, Such As Marketing, Sales, And Customer Service Teams, To Optimize The User Experience And Drive Online Sales. If You Are Tech-Savvy, Customer-Focused, And Thrive In A Fast-Paced Digital Environment, We Want To Hear From You!

  • Bachelor\'s Degree In Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Or A Related Field.
  • Proven Experience In Ecommerce Administration, Preferably Within A Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.
  • Proficiency In Ecommerce Platforms (E.G., Shopify, WooCommerce) And Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity With Web Analytics Tools (E.G., Google Analytics) And Ability To Extract Insights To Drive Performance Improvements.
  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset And A Passion For Delivering An Exceptional Online Shopping Experience.
  • Analytical Mindset With The Ability To Interpret Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
  • Knowledge Of SEO Principles And Best Practices Is A Plus.
  • Familiarity With Digital Marketing Channels, Such As Email Marketing And Social Media, Is Desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Manage And Maintain The Day-To-Day Operations Of Our Online Store, Ensuring Product Availability, Accurate Pricing, And Seamless Order Processing.
  • Coordinate With The Marketing Team To Ensure Accurate Product Descriptions, Images, And Promotions Are Displayed On The Website.
  • Monitor Inventory Levels And Coordinate With The Relevant Teams To Replenish Stock As Needed.
  • Collaborate With The Customer Service Team To Address Customer Inquiries, Resolve Order-Related Issues, And Provide Exceptional Support.
  • Monitor Website Performance And User Experience, Identifying Areas For Improvement And Implementing Enhancements To Optimize Conversion Rates And Overall Customer Satisfaction.
  • Utilize Web Analytics Tools To Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Such As Traffic, Sales, And Customer Behavior, And Provide Actionable Insights To Drive Continuous Improvement.
  • Stay Up To Date With Industry Trends, Emerging Technologies, And Best Practices In Ecommerce, Sharing Knowledge And Recommendations With The Team.
  • Conduct Regular Quality Checks To Ensure Accurate Product Categorization, Search Functionality, And Data Integrity Across The Online Store.
  • Collaborate With External Vendors, Such As Payment Processors And Logistics Partners, To Ensure Smooth Operations And Resolve Any Technical Or Operational Issues.
  • Stay Informed About Relevant Ecommerce Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Ensuring Adherence To Data Protection And Consumer Rights Policies.
  • Assist In The Development And Execution Of Ecommerce Marketing Initiatives, Including Email Campaigns, Promotions, And Cross-Selling Opportunities.
  • Provide Training And Support To Internal Stakeholders On Ecommerce Processes And Tools.
