Artech PMS is the parent company overseeing various branches. Our Malaysian startup team specializes in bringing ideas to life, converting them into real sales through effective marketing strategies. We offer offline and eCommerce sales based on the preferences of our clients or partners.

  • Manage brand marketing on marketplaces for NMV growth
  • Work closely with the parent company in Taiwan to plan and oversee all marketing efforts
  • Develop detailed marketing plans for project execution, media planning, and advertising, both digitally and offline
  • Conduct research before adjusting marketing activities based on brand and marketplace needs
  • Develop content for store details, visuals, and videos
  • Provide customer service for online sales support and execute ecommerce plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track achievements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and original content tailored to different business models and units, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates our brand\'s unique value proposition.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging social media trends and propose data-driven content ideas that contribute to marketing objectives.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print channels that align with our brand identity using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content with precision and creativity, aligning it seamlessly with the brand\'s messaging and visual style using Adobe PremierePro and/or Canva.
  • Social Media Management: Strategically plan, execute, and oversee social media posting schedules, ensuring consistency and engagement across platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams from various organizations and countries to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Operational Strategy Planning: Support e-commerce operations by aligning them with marketing efforts, optimizing supply chains, and overseeing product listings.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines using project management tools and techniques.
  • Market Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Planning and Execution: Offer valuable support in digital marketing and brand management efforts, contributing insights to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and continuous enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Proven experience in content creation, market research, graphic design, video editing, and social media management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and brand management is a plus.
