At least 3 to 5 years\' sales & marketing experience in the field of skin care / baby care / personal care and preferably familiar with FMCG categories
Experiences in an e-commerce role is an added advantage.

Good strategic thinking with proven record in brand management
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Formulate brand strategies for building the brand image and increasing the brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions, including above-the-line and below-the line advertising, and Public Relations
Lead all marketing programmes, including but not limited to social media advertising and e-commerce platformIdentify segment opportunities for enhancing the business development and increase sales revenue for the brand
Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listing content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
Manage reporting of e-commerce sales and projected sales/margin forecasts.
Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.Liaise with e-commerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.
Support business development efforts in developing marketing and e-commerce solutions.
