Join our team as an E-commerce and Merchandising Specialist , where you\'ll take charge of the daily management and expansion of our brand\'s e-commerce channels. Your mission will be to optimize campaigns, promotions, and the overall customer experience while aligning with our brand\'s merchandising strategies. This dynamic hybrid role operates from Malaysia and directly reports to the Global Business Development Manager. Essential Functions And Responsibilities Develop and execute effective merchandising and e-commerce strategies to drive brand growth in the digital space. Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and search engine optimised. Plan, executive, and optimise campaigns and promotions effectively to achieve sales and marketing objectives. Analyse sales and traffic data, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement. Provide best-in-class consumer experience when addressing consumer requests, reviews, and feedback as a brand ambassador. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns and promotions. Support in merchandising and inventory management, including order processing and stock level management. Provide regular reports to senior management on e-commerce performance and progress toward goals. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices. Requirements Proficiency in remote teamwork and collaboration. Minimum 2 to 3 years in e-commerce and/or merchandising, preferably in a retail environment. Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee. Strong business acumen and data-driven analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Basic design skills using Photoshop and/or other design tools. Exceptional organisational skills, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines. Fluent in both spoken and written English. Interest and experience in the beauty category is a valuable advantage. Hybrid arrangement: Mondays and Tuesdays, WFH. Wednesdays to Fridays, in the office in Kuala Lumpur.
