About Our Client


Our client is the exclusive distributor for several leading EU healthcare brands, maintaining strong trading connections across Europe. Operating three online stores on HKTV Mall and supplying over 100 wholesalers, they are rapidly expanding their product range and preparing to enter China's RED NOTE, Little Red Book, TikTok, and other major Asian e-commerce platforms.

Position Overview



We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive to oversee HKTV Mall operations, manage system data entry, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a career in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities



Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional activities on HKTV Mall. Handle daily data entry, purchase orders, inventory tracking, and sales reporting. Coordinate warehouse operations, including stock verification and repacking tasks. Generate invoices using the Odoo system and prepare related reports. Support marketing activities such as sample distribution, live show coordination, and promotional logistics. Monitor customer inquiries, reviews, and competitor pricing trends.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting. Meticulous attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Prior experience in e-commerce operations or customer service is an advantage. Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn. Fresh graduates with strong initiative and learning attitude are welcome to apply.
