Requirements
1. Must be skilled in Canva (compulsory requirement).
2. Minimum education: SPM pass with at least Credit (C) in Malay and English.
3. Proficient in Malay, English, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
4. Male or female, both are welcome.
5. We warmly welcome candidates with experience in e-commerce. Applicants should be able to take photos and videos.
6. Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
1. Design and create attractive product images for online store.
2. Operate and manage multiple online store using software.
3. Monitor and manage stock inventory, including stock counting and replenishment.
4. Handle online store return & refund cases and customer service (online inquiries, orders & after-sales support).
