E-Commerce Assistant
to support our growing online operations through
Amazon Vendor Central
. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Verify product listings
to ensure all information (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SKU/ASIN) is accurate and compliant with Amazon Vendor Central standards.
Upload new products
and update existing listings, ensuring catalog accuracy and consistency.
Monitor purchase orders (POs)
; confirm issuance, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time shipment and resolution of any issues.
Prepare and submit invoices
through Amazon Vendor Central; verify pricing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or shortages.
Maintain product catalog
by updating quantities, removing outdated listings, and coordinating with Vendor Central support for technical or listing issues.
Generate and share reports
on listing accuracy, fulfillment progress, and catalog updates.
Requirements
Excellent
command of English
(both written and spoken).
Experience with
Amazon Vendor Central
or other e-commerce platforms preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
