Requirements

• Minimum SPM holder.
• Must be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience or skiils in e-commerce or warehouse operations will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, warehouse management system).
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations related to e-commerce orders, including processing, packing, and shipping.
• Update product details, prices, and stock levels on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory and reorder stock when needed.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and product information through email or online chat.
• Work with the warehouse team to pack and ship orders accurately and on time.
• Perform regular audits of online inventory to ensure the accuracy of stock and order processing.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure orders reach customers on time.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotions and sales on e-commerce platforms.
• Keep records of daily and weekly sales and report any issues.
• Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with company policies, especially related to pharmaceutical products.
