to join our team! This role focuses on supporting the E-Commerce Department in coordinating live sessions, managing payment and commission processes for live hosts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate live hosting sessions with hosts and internal teams.
Manage payment and commission calculations for live hosts after each session.
Track and maintain live session records and updated schedules.
Support general e-commerce operations including product uploads, price adjustments, and campaign setup on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Assist with administrative and coordination tasks within the e-commerce department.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and confidence in working with numbers.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop or Shopee platforms is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
