Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in any industry
• Preferably prior experience in e-commerce operations, Shopee/ Lazada/ TikTok environment)
• Knowledge of online marketing, promotions, and sales strategies
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual proficiency in both English & Malay, and able to speak 3 languages (Mandarin, English & Malay)
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics

Responsibilities
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive located in Georgetown. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Shopee/ Lazada/ TikTok platform operations, coordinating promotions and marketing activities, analyzing data to drive sales performance, and maintaining excellent customer service. You will also be involved in product listing, inventory management, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the multiple Shopee/ Lazada/ TikTok stores.
• Manage the product listings on Shopee/ Lazada/ TikTok and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description.
• Assist in planning and executing all e-commerce and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Assist in directing and managing content creation, traffic generation and conversation on the stores.
• To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc.
• Handle customer inquiries via online chats and phone, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure and maintain healthy stock levels to avoid out of stock situations and late fulfilment.
• Work closely with internal/ external teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives and align strategies with broader company objectives.
• Follow up customer complaints and return issues.
• Other duties as assigned by senior or team leader.
• Manage ads for Shopee/ Lazada/ TikTok
