Familiar & interested with E-Commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Carousell etc
Able to work independently with 2 other female staff
Interested in bags and fashion items preferred but not mandatory
At least SPM or demonstrated some related job experience
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

Fulfill daily orders from Lazada, Shopee, Carousell (printing order, packing order)
Assist with daily warehouse activities such as receiving stock, calculating stock, check for defects etc
Assist lady boss to make product videos, take product pics occasionally when new items arrive
Assist to add product/ edit products online
Handle customer chats, process any refund and assist customer online
Assist with purchasing when needed
