Manage Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada listings using ERP
Coordinate with Branding Designer for product visuals and copy consistency
Maintain product accuracy: pricing, inventory sync, description, titles, tags
Execute marketplace promos: vouchers, bundles, campaigns, free shipping
Track listing performance, support marketing campaigns with marketplace assets
Customer Experience & Engagement (40%)
Handle all social & marketplace chat channels: IG/FB DM, WhatsApp, Email, Shopee/TikTok/Lazada
Craft replies in warm, refined brand tone (gifting, luxury experience)
Turn inquiries into sales through soft selling and gifting suggestions
Manage basic ManyChat/auto-reply setup (training provided)
Collect customer feedback and share insights with team for improvement
E-commerce & Fulfilment Support (5%)
Assist fulfilment team during campaigns / high traffic days
Verify orders, packing accuracy, gift messaging
Follow up with logistics/ops to solve delivery or product issues
Performance & Reporting (5%)
Report weekly on marketplace performance & CS conversion
Track response time, CS satisfaction, sales influenced by chat
Suggest improvements to listings, chat scripts, workflows
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field
1-3 years e-commerce Ops or CS experience preferred
Strong written English & Mandarin
Detail-oriented, fast response, proactive and structured
Comfortable with spreadsheets, ERP, marketplace dashboards
Passion for jewellery, fashion, and customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
