  • Looking out full time in-house e-commerce customer service executive for company holding brands, JEFFERSON & UV PROTECTOR.
  • Minimum education is SPM
  • Convey messages to customers
  • Proficient in Text Writing
  • Communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Welcome all Fresh Graduates, Juniors & Seniors
  • Willing to Learn & Work Together as a Team
  • OR Additional Plus Points: Relevant Experience. Eg. E-Commerce or Customer Service
  • OR Additional Plus Points: Insightful in Collecting & Analyzing Customer Feedbacks
Responsibilities
  • Looking out full time in-house e-commerce customer service executive for company holding brands, JEFFERSON & UV PROTECTOR.
  • Order Processing & Daily Summary
  • Platforms, Listing & Pricing
  • Answer to Customer\'s Enquiries regarding on order status, products & etc.
  • 95% Chats | 5% Emails | No cold-calling needed
  • Admin Clerical Role | Sit-in Office
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing team. Eg. Seasonal Campaign
  • Collaborate with in-house warehouse. Eg. Customer\'s Order & Package
  • Willing to Learn & Work Together as a Team
  • No Age Restriction
