Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; basic Bahasa Malaysia communication required.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Internet savvy and familiar with social media communication.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome - full on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, professional support via online chat, email, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu).
  • Handle customer inquiries, order issues, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist with membership, promotions, and product-related questions.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and document filing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Attend brand briefings to stay informed on new collections and campaigns.
  • (This is a support-focused position - no telemarketing or sales targets.)
