1. Take full ownership of e-commerce platforms (ie: Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
2. Ensure all channels are up to date with the latest offerings and brand standards.
3. Maintain and update product listings regularly, including product name, descriptions, pricing (according to approved margin), images, and stock availability.
4. Monitor daily orders across all channels and coordinate with the packer team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
5. Troubleshoot any order issues and liaise with customer service teams to resolve delivery problems or customer inquiries.
6. Generate and prepare invoices for all completed orders.
7. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of invoices and order details for auditing purposes.
8. Plan, set up, and manage promotional campaigns and vouchers to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
9. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
10. Track and update proof of delivery (POD) records for all completed orders, especially for manual or self-managed deliveries.
11. Import and manage all orders into the Order Management System accurately and efficiently.
12. Prepare regular performance reports (sales, inventory, promotions) and identify trends or issues.
13. Provide insights for optimization of product listings and campaign performance.
Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management related to e-commerce and sales operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
