Job Description
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written ways.
- Good computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Canva)
- Previous experience in the Point-of-Sales / technology industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or Degree in E-commerce or other relevant courses.
- No experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Reply customer enquiries by answering phone calls and reply messages
- Explain and demo products to walk in customers
- Try and test new products and new features of products
- Open sales invoice to customers
- Assist in creating product listings
- Assist in Shopee and Lazada promotion & campaigns
- Assist in Shopee and Lazada ads settings
