What You Will Do:

Website & Marketplace Management:

Assist in overseeing our e-commerce website and online marketplace channels, ensuring they are user-friendly and running smoothly.

Online Marketing Support:

Support the team in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Product Catalog Management:

Help maintain and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

Enhance Customer Experience:

Focus on optimizing the customer journey and use feedback to improve user experience.

Inventory & Order Coordination:

Learn to manage inventory levels and collaborate with partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Analytics and Reporting:

Use web analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators.

Administrative Support:

Assist with daily administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders and following up on payments and claims.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless integration of our e-commerce operations.

Who You Are:

A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field

. No prior work experience is required!

Tech-Savvy:

You have a strong interest in and proficiency with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify or Magento) and online marketplaces (such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok).

A Great Communicator:

You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are a natural team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
