Preferably candidates who can speak and write in Mandarin as need to liaise with 90% of mandarin speaking consumer.

• Willing to work 6 days a week.

• Experience in e-commerce would be advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.

• Proficient in handling social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, XHS.

• Able to work independently, multitask and with a high level of attention to detail whilst under pressure.

• Willing to learn new skills for self-development and career advancement.

• Strong internal communication skills to ensure smooth and effective daily operation.

• Strong common sense, problem solving and research skills.

• Excellent creativity in creating online contents.

• Agile with high drive for results and have a strategic thinking

• Proactive, team player, highly organized, meticulous, quick and efficient with a can-do attitude.

ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, this role will be:

• Managing the sales and marketing strategy of e-commerce platforms.

• Managing the social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS, Whatsapp and providing customer service online.

• Ensuring optimal product presentation, listing and visibility on all online channels.

• Creating and designing social media content to promote in store offers, enhance customer engagement and boost brand awareness.

• Assisting senior management with ad hoc duties and projects.

• Managing the day-to-day operations of our online store and social media accounts, including product listing, pricing changes and visual campaigns.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue through various online channels and marketplaces, with the goal of meeting monthly sales targets.
