- Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST.
- Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and pay attention to details.
- Aptitude for the organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel & Word is preferred.
- Ability to learn in-house tools.
- Purchasing of stocks and following up with vendors.
- Stock-take of inbound stocks.
- Upload of stocks taken into the e-commerce system.
- Order processing/Pick/Pack
- Customer support through multiple communication channels
- Manage the warehouse to ensure stocks are properly Rack/Bin/Tag
- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labor Law
- Training Provided
