Requirements
Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
Able to handle technical tasks for TikTok Shop and website systems.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
1. Online Advertising & Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise online ads (FB Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
Create marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
2. Website & Online Store Management
Update and maintain website product listings, content, and promotions.
Monitor website performance, customer experience, and sales flow.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues with website or online store.
3. Team & Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team to track performance and targets.
Provide guidance/support to sales team on online campaigns and sales processes.
Prepare sales reports and analyse performance.
4. TikTok & Social Media Technical Tasks
Manage TikTok Shop backend, product uploads, vouchers, campaigns, and catalog.
Handle integration issues, system errors, and platform requirements.
Monitor algorithm trends and explore new growth strategies.
