Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years experience in managing online marketing/E-Commerce Marketing and preferably working in FMCG Industry.
• Pleasant and possess good communication skills and customer-orientated.
• Energetic and passionate individuals about E-Commerce, CMS, Website, Social Media and digital services literate is a must.
• Experience in online market place such as Shopee, Lazada, Wow Shop, Go Shop and etc is added advantage.
• Understanding of the disciplines require to drive traffic to retail website (E Marketing, link generation, online PR. SEO, offline Marketing)
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Familiar with Data Management
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Tanggungjawab

• Manage and drive e-commerce business via online platform.
• Responsible to respond to any enquiries or handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor progress of e-commerce activities/Marketing Executive that have been launched throughout the day.
• Engage with online and offline business.
• Support the team with online activities.
• Maintaining product listing, update of pricing, image, stock and propose promo mechanism for all online platforms.
• To support all online/offline activities.
• Analyzing site traffic and generating monthly report.
• Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
• Any ad-hoc duties on various company Website, Apps, functionality and assigned by Management.
