Job Description
- Previous experience in the Point-of-Sales / technology industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in E-commerce or other relevant courses.
- Routine weekly stock takes & maintain stock-take list.
- Maintain inventory items and other relevant details in our computer system.
- Receive new stock, checking new stock and arrange them onto the rack properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Assist in parcel packing when not enough manpower.
- Reply customer enquiries by answering phone calls and reply messages.
- Explain and demo products to walk in customers.
