Position Title: E-Commerce Executive (Online Marketplaces), Semenyih
Location: Semenyih, Selangor
Salary Range: RM4,000 - RM4,500

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, marketing, and operational skills to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.). Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and marketing activities to drive traffic and sales. Optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and effective keywords. Monitor and analyze store performance, traffic data, and sales trends to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, and design) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and brand consistency. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction and brand loyalty. Prepare regular performance reports and propose strategies to increase online revenue. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform policy changes.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or equivalent). Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and analytics. Proficient in MS Office and e-commerce platform tools. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
