Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop store management (retail or beauty industry preferred).
• Familiar with platform tools, seller center, and campaign registration process.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Store Management

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores.
• Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and store visuals.
• Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment.

Campaign & Promotion Management

• Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Payday Sales, Super Brand Day).
• Register and follow up on platform campaigns and ensure timely submission of promotional materials.
• Work with marketing & design teams to align online promotions with brand campaigns.

Sales & Data Analysis

• Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and conversion rate.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations.
• Track competitors' pricing, promotion, and trends to propose improvement strategies.

Customer Experience

• Coordinate with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews.
• Ensure customer ratings and store performance meet platform requirements.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, PR, Livestream, and Store Ops teams to maximize online-to-offline (O2O) synergy.
• Support livestream campaigns with product listing, vouchers, and logistics preparation.
