Platform Management & Compliance

Manage and maintain product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop). Design and update shop-in-shop layouts and visual assets, ensuring the Brand Official Shop remains visually appealing and aligned with brand positioning. Oversee all order processing and fulfilment, including managing return and refund cases and coordinating POD/tracking information. Ensure all shops comply with marketplace policies.

Customer Service & Administration

Manage daily customer chat administration in two dedicated sessions, providing professional replies across social media and e-commerce platforms (including Saturdays). Monitor customer reviews and feedback; proactively track and manage key metrics (e.g., chat ratings, return ratings, shop ratings) to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless operational execution.

Job Requirement(s):

At least 1-2 years of related working experience required. Able to work independently and manage different on-going tasks independently at the same time without supervision. Attentive to details and possess a strong sense of responsibility Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
