Handle day-to-day operations / logistics-related matters including managing return / exchange & refund cases.
Ensure that promotional activities are properly executed on time and communicated.
Prepare and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
Monitoring and recording of sales across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and address any identified issues or bugs.
Ensure all shops comply with marketplace policies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your superior from time-to-time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms
(Salesforce, Salsify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok preferred).
Proficiency with basic design tools like Canva, Order Management System (OMS) and related system like SAP and Docuware are added advantages.
