Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage the daily operations and spearhead the development of our e-commerce. If you have solid foundation in e-commerce backend processes and enjoy keeping systems running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate E-Commerce order processing and fulfillment operation. Oversee product listings across online marketplaces (Shopee, SiteGiant, etc.). Optimize and enhance operation and workflow for the E-Commerce team. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and synchronization across platforms. Oversee return & refund processes and maintain clear documentation. Handle customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution efficiently. Assist in E-commerce business and operation development. Support in all aspects of E-commerce operations when necessary, helping maintain smooth and uninterrupted workflows.

What You Bring

3 years experience in e-commerce operations. Hands-on experience on major platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.) Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus. Basic understanding of ERP & POS systems.

Job Type

: Full-time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm)
