Requirements
Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field preferred.
• Preferably 1-3 Years' Experience in E-Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or similar fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Good Excel Skills and Business Logic.
• Strong Communication Skills required; ability to speak English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Open for Malaysians only.
• Skills Required: Sales Planning, E-Commerce, Reporting, Brand Management and Data Analytics.

Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform all administrative operations and checks for assigned Brands.
• Developing a Solid and Trusting Relationship with Key Brands under our portfolio.
• Resolving Key Client Daily Operations & Orders Processing on major E-Commerce Platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
• Monitor Store Performance, Sales Trends, and Key Metrics to optimize Product Listings, Pricing, and Promotions.
• Conduct Competitor Analysis and Market Research to stay ahead of Industry Trends.
• Prepare Regular Reports on Sales Performance, Campaign Effectiveness, and Account Growth to plan strategically and execute improvements in Client's E-Commerce Results.
• Managing Communications between Key Clients, E-Commerce Platforms, and Internal Teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Planning and Presenting Reports on Account Progress, Goals, and Quarterly Initiatives to share with Team Members, Stakeholders, and for potential use in Future Case Studies or Company Training.
• Working and Reporting during Campaign and After-Hours Period.
