Role Description This is a full-time role for an E-commerce Graphic Designer located in Kuala Lumpur. The E-commerce Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual designs for our client\'s E-commerce websites to enhance the consumer experience. This will include designing, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. Your expertise in e-commerce design will be instrumental in optimizing the online shopping experience, from product listings and website banners to email campaigns and social media assets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of e-commerce design projects, including product images, website banners, promotional graphics, email templates, and social media visuals. Collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure all design assets align with campaign goals, product launches, and overall brand strategy. Create product images that highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points to enhance customer understanding and conversion rates. Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts that optimize the online shopping journey, including category pages, product pages, and checkout processes. Produce graphics that maintain brand consistency while adapting to various digital platforms and screen sizes. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce and design trends, incorporating best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness. Iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and A/B testing results. Manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising design quality. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Multimedia & Graphic Design or a related field. Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a graphic designer in the e-commerce industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems. Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design projects, including product imagery, shop-in-shop page, and digital marketing assets. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in e-commerce design. Knowledge of current e-commerce trends, best practices, and online consumer behavior. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
