Responsible for managing assigned marketplaces including creating/amending/editing/updating existing and new product listings, product visuals, product descriptions and expiry dates, promotion price setting, and banner uploads.
Maintain all marketplace stores and utilize the available marketing tools matters (Seller picks, MP campaigns, weekly chat broadcast, daily feed, daily customer engagement, voucher tier setting)
Work hand-in-hand with the E-Commerce Marketing team to drive key e-commerce metrics including but not limited to visitors, conversion rate, basket size and order size, and competitor analysis.
Ensure all promotion planning by the Marketing team is updated and executed on the assigned marketplaces according to the plans on time/in advance
Evaluate marketing team inventory forecast based on targets to achieve and monitor stock movements including conducting actual inventory analysis on a daily, monthly, and campaign basis. Secure stocks in advance for pre-campaign, campaign, and post-campaign and conduct post-mortem to improve sales inventory.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure all customer queries are responded to immediately, including but not limited to those related to order fulfillment period, product info (expiration date/description/iSKU code), price, gifts, etc. on the marketplace. Also, to provide suggestions for any exchange replacement product due to OOS/constraint/allocation, to re-ship, or to refund customers.
Provide daily sales analysis reports and identify key issues and opportunities to increase sales.
Coordinate with warehouse team on forecast order volumes and plan for stocks inbound, order processing, pick and pack, and timeline to ship out.
