Roles and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Developing a solid and trusting relationship with key brands under our portfolio \xc2\xb7 Resolving key client issues and complaints \xc2\xb7 Developing a complete understanding of key account e-commerce needs \xc2\xb7 Anticipating key account changes and improvements for the advancement of their e-commerce business \xc2\xb7 Managing communications between key clients and internal teams \xc2\xb7 Stakeholder management between key brands and e-commerce platforms \xc2\xb7 Strategic planning and execution to improve client\xe2\x80\x99s e-commerce results \xc2\xb7 Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure all client needs are met \xc2\xb7 Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training \xc2\xb7 Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines \xc2\xb7 Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients \xc2\xb7 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently \xc2\xb7 Goal-oriented, organized team player while being a self-motivated person \xc2\xb7 Faster learner and self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal relationship skills \xc2\xb7 Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories \xc2\xb7 Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person Preferred Qualification \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred \xc2\xb7 Preferably 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales, marketing, business development, or similar fields of work. However, fresh graduates with a high desire to succeed and strong work ethics are encouraged to apply \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills, and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on good Excel skills.
