Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Preferably specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hit online sales KPI, improve conversion and manage customer service online.
• Manage product catalogue, images, product content, pricing, and inventory
• Work with enablers to ensure e-marketplaces are aligned with online merchandising strategy, seasonal calendar and brand guidelines.
• Ensure fulfilment from orders to delivery and post-sales management.
• Maintain promotional calendar with the aim to hit sales target
• Communicate internally with internal teams to execute online specific promotional calendar
