Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for hosting engaging live sessions that showcase the company's high-quality fabric collections, driving increased online sales and brand awareness.
What you'll be doing
1. Hosting live streaming sessions on various e-commerce platforms to showcase and promote the company's fabric products
2. Assisting with the management and maintenance of the company's e-commerce platforms, including updating product listings, inventory, and customer inquiries
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content and strategies that enhance the brand's online presence and engagement
4. Analysing live streaming and e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
5. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns from online customers
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
