Job Description

1. Overall E-commerce Operations Management



Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategies across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website. Plan and drive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring the team achieves all KPIs. Oversee store performance, growth roadmap, and platform compliance.

2. Product & Listing Management



Supervise product listing processes including title creation, key selling points development, pricing strategy, and inventory monitoring. Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability, accurate stock levels, and smooth logistics operations. Monitor product lifecycle and initiate actions to boost product competitiveness.

3. Marketing & Traffic Growth



Plan and execute promotional campaigns, livestream strategies, content marketing, and membership programs. Evaluate advertising performance (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and continuously optimize ROI. Monitor platform tools (vouchers, campaigns, flash sales) to maximize visibility and traffic.

4. Data Analysis & Business Insights



Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Prepare regular business review reports for senior management. Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends.

5. Platform Management & Project Coordination



Maintain strong communication with platform key account managers to secure campaign slots, marketing resources, and traffic support. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including warehouse, customer service, marketing, and creative teams. Manage key operational projects and ensure timely execution.

6. Customer Experience & After-sales Management



Improve store ratings and customer satisfaction by optimizing customer journey and SOPs. Oversee customer service workflow and support in handling major customer complaints. Reduce negative reviews, cancellation rates, and return/refund issues through process improvement.

7. Team Leadership



Lead and manage the e-commerce team (operations, customer service, , designers). Provide guidance, performance evaluation, training, and talent development. Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative, and efficient working culture.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok). Experience managing TikTok Shop is highly preferred. Strong understanding of platform rules, advertising tools, traffic mechanisms, and promotional systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems. Highly self-driven, able to work under pressure, strong organizational and decision-making skills. Experience in team management and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration. Proven track record in achieving GMV growth or developing high-performing products is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
