Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for develop and execute online marketing strategies for online stores where customers purchase products and services. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end operation of e-commerce platform/ marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc) Oversee the daily operation tasks of the e-commerce team members Develop key strategies and implementation paths for e-commerce business according to business objectives, including but not limited to: business strategy platform promotions, differentiated activities and rights planning and implementation, etc Responsible for the development of e-commerce regionalization operation strategy, promote the performance of different regions of the world Responsible for Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) target and regional performance percentage Deep understanding of user usage and purchase motivation, and product cooperation to optimize the product experience, promote e-commerce function iteration, enhance user e-commerce mind and GMV Requirements: Bachelor Degree and above in Marketing or any related field Minimum 4 years experience in e-commerce operation/ brand vertical e-commerce/cross border e-commerce/consumer electronics platform industry is preferred Fluent in Mandarin due to business needs Strong logical thinking and solid data analysis skills, able to identify and summarize problems from data, active thinking, innovative, and strong continuous learning ability Goal-oriented, self-driven and responsible, with good communication and cross-team collaboration skills, and strong stress tolerance Familiar with international overseas e-commerce business process, with category and brand management awareness or experience
