Position Summary

The ecommerce media buyer develops and executes digital media buying strategies with a focus on driving online sales and customer acquisition for ecommerce brands. This role involves research, analysis of target audiences, negotiating with media vendors, and continual campaign optimization.?

Core Responsibilities

Research and analyze ecommerce target audiences to identify the most effective channels for media placement.? Plan, negotiate, and execute digital media buying across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and programmatic ad networks.? Optimize campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment and achieve ecommerce KPIs (sales, leads, conversions).? Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, cost per acquisition) and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.? Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platforms to secure competitive rates and placements.? Collaborate with ecommerce marketing, creative, and analytics teams on all aspects of campaign planning and execution.? Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform changes, and emerging ecommerce marketing strategies.?
Skills & Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital media buying, preferably for ecommerce businesses.? Strong analytical and negotiation skills.? Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns within budget constraints.? Expertise in major ad buying platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) Familiarity with audience targeting, bidding strategies, and programmatic buying.? Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.? Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns across channels.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
