Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Operation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online stores across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and others. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, improving store performance, and boosting sales through strategic online activities.

Manage and maintain daily operations of our online stores (product listings, pricing, stock updates, etc.). Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales activities to drive traffic and revenue. Monitor store performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI, etc.) and optimize for better results. Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product visuals and descriptions. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance customer experience. Track competitor activities and market trends to keep our stores competitive. Assist in live streaming operations, affiliate collaborations, and influencer marketing campaigns (if required).

Requirements:



Experience in e-commerce store operations or digital marketing is preferred. Familiar with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar online marketplaces. Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, sales campaigns, and store growth tactics. Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and problem-solving. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Creative mindset and strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills in English and Malay (Chinese is a plus).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
