Assist in managing and executing overall operational readiness and processes while ensuring Customer Service excellence across all eCommerce platforms
Monitor and process all online order fulfilment, inventory, returns and exchanges in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update product listing, pricing, inventory, promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey
Plan, conceptualize and execute commercial/marketing campaigns in online marketplaces/platforms
Ensure stock availability by monitoring and synchronizing inventory across all platforms and warehouses.
Provide administrative support to streamline order processing and courier operations, continuously improving operational readiness.
Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues promptly with effective solutions.
Deliver customer service support across eCommerce platforms and owned sites via live chat, email, and phone (where required), handling queries related to returns, product defects, delivery issues, and other service matters to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Liaise actively with external stakeholders such as warehouse teams, courier partners and eCommerce platform support teams.
Collaborate with internal logistics, eCommerce and marketing teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
Support the implementation of all promotional plans and campaign coordination across various systems and platforms.
Coordinate and monitor system updates, ensuring accurate sales configuration and reporting across platforms.
Track and report daily on approved KPIs, monitor progress, and highlight opportunities for operational improvement.
Basic understanding in data & competitive analysis related to key metrics within the e-commerce landscape to increase business opportunities in online marketplaces/platforms.
Liaise with graphic designer by preparing creative brief to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives.
To be successful in this role, you would need to have:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing / International Business/ Economics / Business related / Ecomm related or any relevant field
At least 2 years of experiences and exposure in E-commerce, marketing or in the retail industry.
Experience in E-commerce marketplaces or having exposure in retail business can be added advantage.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.
Strong organization skill and analytical skill.
Self-motivated & proactive; able to work independently & at the same time a team player.
Strong communication skill and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
Able to work in fast-paced and multi tasks environment.
